Best Core Lawn Aeration & Overseeding Service
Best Core Lawn Aeration & Overseeding Service
Kirk's Lawn Care offers lawn core aeration and overseeding services for residential and commercial properties. Core aeration is a type of lawn aeration whereby a machine (a lawn aerator) with hollow tines mechanically removes plugs or "cores" of soil and thatch from a lawn.
Core Aeration should be done to your lawn every one or two years in either the spring or fall to improve your lawn's overall health. Overseeding should be completed at the time of aeration to thicken turf. We only use premium, blue-tag certified seed for best results.
Core Aeration and Overseeding is the single most beneficial service for any lawn!

In order to maintain a healthy lawn, it is recommended to have grass areas aerated and overseeded at least every two years. For new construction lawns or areas that have poor soil, aeration and overseeding should be done yearly. The best time to aerate and overseed is in the fall. Aeration and overseeding can also be completed in the spring if necessary.
Kirk's Lawn Care uses a premium blue tag certified grass seed mixture formulated with disease resistant cultuvars and adaptive to full sun to part shade light conditions. It is evenly applied at generous overseeding rates.
Before
Our aeration machines puncture and pull cores of soil from the ground up to 4 inches deep. Prior to Kirk's Lawn Care arriving to perform aeration services, the property owner should mark all known underground wiring, plumbing and infrastructure found within the first 4 inches below ground to avoid damage.
After
Upon service completion, we provide a watering schedule and helpful tips to ensure best results. Make sure to leave the pulled plugs on the lawn. Delay mowing for a week or two after aeration and overseeding.
Pricing for aeration and overseeding services is based on lawn size. We will measure your lawn square footage and provide aeration and overseed price options. Get your estimate for aeration & overseeding services here.
